Emergency aid in war and conflict zones

In times of war and conflict, as well as during and after natural disasters, it is crucial to protect and care for children. The SOS Children's Villages Foundation is ready to offer support to children and their families in acute emergency situations.

• Precarious situation in Ukraine: Due to the war in Ukraine, children and families have lost their lives and millions of people are on the run. Schools and hospitals have been destroyed. SOS Children's Villages has further intensified its aid measures on the ground and is supporting people in and from Ukraine.

• SOS emergency aid in Palestine and Israel: Another major challenge for our children's aid organization is the conflict between Israel and Palestine. We have been active in both countries for decades. Our focus is on providing food, clothing, shelter and, above all, psychological support for children.
